A little about Susan,
your wedding planner!
I became a certified wedding planner through the Association of Bridal Consultants in 2003. At this time, I'm currently a member of the Association of Wedding Professionals in Dallas, Texas and also a member of the Collin County Event Professionals in the North Texas area.
Not only am I certified, but I've worked in the wedding and event industry for over 14 years starting with a well-known reception facility and ending with a world-class luxury hotel before starting Classic Weddings & Events By Susan, LLC in 2003.
Besides certifications and publishing articles in bridal magazines, in order to strengthen my organizational and communicational skills, achieving my MBA proved invaluable with assisting the busy wedding couple. As a professional, I know what it takes to provide the vast wedding industry trends and norms to couples in order to make their dream wedding a reality.
I have worked with brides and grooms across the United States and as far as Beijing, China; so as a bride, you can be confident to know that no detail is too small or too large to be handled personally by your wedding planner. I like to consider myself the liaison between the bridal couple and the wedding vendors to make sure that all has been planned and will run smoothly not only on the wedding day, but during the planning phase as well!
