
Brides will be treated with The Royal Service when hiring a wedding coordinator. During the planning phase of your wedding, the services provided by your wedding coordinator include e-mail and telephone conversations with a Consultant, assistance with the wedding budget, assistance with the rehearsal dinner arrangements, setting up salon and/or spa service appointments for your bridal party, review of vendor contracts and provide suggestions to keep within your wedding budget plus coordinate vendor appointments which are a valuable resource for a busy bride and groom!
Additionally, a wedding coordinator will be provided for joint meetings with select vendors, a final joint meeting with the on-site reception manager, regular progress notification and consultation meetings scheduled with the bride and groom, the rehearsal and wedding ceremony are conducted and coordinated by your wedding coordinator, and an on-site coordinator is provided for the ceremony and reception during the wedding day!
There are no more struggles for the bride that has wedding guests from out of town because The Royal Service provides assistance with hotel and transportation accommodations for those special guests. By choosing to hire a coordinator to work with you on your dream wedding, you receive the valuable resource of getting quality advice on etiquette and wedding event logistics, plus being provided with a wedding day itinerary and not having to worry about confirming and organizing the starting times of your numerous wedding day vendors!
Individual services are also provided for an additional charge. They include assistance with rehearsal dinner arrangements, hourly consultations ($65 per hour), assistance with hotel and transportation for out-of-town guests, bridal party luncheons, wedding brunches, cocktail/dessert receptions and MORE!
