This past weekend was a fun, filled work weekend! It started Saturday by helping Kevin May, of May Flowers & Memorable Gifts get ready for a wedding at the Grand Hotel in McKinney, Texas where the bride hired her as the florist. Instead of being the “planner” at this wedding, I worked with Kevin to setup a beautiful ceremony in the Grand’s Ballroom followed by putting together spectacular floral arrangements for the reception. Sunday ended by attending the Unveiled Bridal Show in Dallas, Texas – the ulitmate wedding planning experience for brides and grooms. Brides were able to get lots of great information for the show, but if you now have a ton of brochures from vendors, look to hiring a planner to help sort out the many details to make planning a fun, stress free experience!
